The County Coordinator, in partnership with AFW’s top executives, will lead and implement Project 19’s strategic vision in their region, providing boots on the ground and hands-on experience. This includes managing local research, content creation, coalition building, grassroots contact, and educational initiatives focused on America First messaging.
Reporting to: National Field Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement local strategies aligning with AFW’s Project 19 vision.
- Coordinate efforts with mission-aligned organizations to strengthen AFW’s coalition partnerships.
- Build relationships with local political stakeholders, including officials and community leaders.
- Recruit and train volunteers for voter contact using approved applications.
- Meet critical County goals, track key metrics, and report progress to AFW Leadership daily and weekly.
- Monitor and respond to regional events such as key rallies and elections.
- Participate in approved community events related to the America First Movement.
- Delegate organizational engagement requests to the appropriate AFW personnel.
- Undertake additional mutually agreed activities.

Qualifications:
- Residency in the assigned area.
- Relevent and proven experience in grassroots operations and leadership.
- Significant local knowledge of election laws, processes, and procedures.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and measured under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on mission advancement.
- Strong writing, research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make informed political recommendations locally.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with coalition partners.
