WASHINGTON, D.C. – America First Works (AFW) is calling on Governor Mike DeWine (R-OH) to sign H.B. 68, the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, which protects Ohio’s children from irreversible “gender” surgeries and prevents men from participating in women’s sports. AFW released the following statement:
“Protecting children from the Left’s gender lunacy and saving women’s sports is simple, common sense. No child in America should be subjected to permanent mutilation or harmful hormone blockers. And no female athlete should have her dreams demolished because a man is pretending to be something he is not. This is a critical moment in our history. We must stand up for kids and women across America. America First Works applauds the Ohio State Legislature for doing so through its passage of the SAFE Act. Governor DeWine has an easy win on his desk awaiting his signature, and we hope he takes it.”
