Trump’s tariff policies through the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which have helped level the playing field for Americans against countries that have taken advantage of our Nation.
“The Supreme Court’s tariff ruling is a betrayal of the American people and a win for the globalist elites. For decades, foreign countries devastated American workers with unfair trade practices while our politicians stood by and watched it happen. President Trump changed that. His tariff policies alone revived American manufacturing, secured historic trade deals, brought foreign adversaries to heel, reversed our long-standing trade deficit and delivered record revenue for our economy. It’s been an undeniable win for America. Today’s setback will not stop President Trump’s use of tariffs or his America First agenda. With more tools still at his disposal, he will continue to fight for our people.”
